GalaxyAI Terms of Service
1. Who may use GalaxyAI
GalaxyAI is an internal tool provided by Go-Forth Galaxy to its employees and other individuals it authorizes. Access requires an approved account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use GalaxyAI only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with Go-Forth Galaxy policy and applicable law. You may not use it to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or to circumvent access controls.
3. Text messaging program
The GalaxyAI SMS program is optional and available only to authorized users who opt in. By opting in you agree to receive text messages from GalaxyAI at the number you provided, consisting of replies to messages you send and notifications you enable.
- Message frequency varies and is driven by your own activity.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent to that number.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email josh.baker@go-forth.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of using GalaxyAI.

4. AI-generated output
GalaxyAI produces output using automated language models. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it or sending it to another person.
5. Confidentiality
Content you submit may include Go-Forth Galaxy confidential information and must be handled accordingly. Do not submit information you are not authorized to disclose to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
GalaxyAI is provided on an as-is basis without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may revoke access at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Go-Forth Galaxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of GalaxyAI.
