GalaxyAI text messages

GalaxyAI's SMS program is optional and available only to authorized users with a GalaxyAI account. This page documents exactly how a user opts in and what they agree to.

How to opt in

Sign in at ai.go-forth.com/admin with your authorized account.
Open Text messages.
Enter your own mobile number.
Tick the consent checkbox — it is unchecked by default and the consent language below is displayed next to it, not behind a link.
Select Opt in. We store the date, time, and the exact wording agreed to.

A user may also opt in by texting our GalaxyAI number first, or by replying START, YES, UNSTOP, OPTIN to a message from it.

The consent language

This is the form as it appears in the application, reproduced verbatim:

I agree to receive text messages from GalaxyAI at this number, including replies to messages I send and notifications I choose to enable. Message frequency varies and is driven by my own activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment or of using GalaxyAI.

What you receive

Replies to messages you send the assistant, and the notifications you enable on your own account — task and job completion alerts, report and summary deliveries, system or error notices, and reminders you asked the assistant to send. Messages go only to the user who requested them. We send no marketing, promotional, or bulk messages.

Message frequency varies and is driven entirely by your own activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment or of using GalaxyAI.
