GalaxyAI Privacy Policy
GalaxyAI is an internal AI assistant operated by Go-Forth Galaxy for its employees and other authorized users. This policy describes what we collect from those users and how we use it, including our SMS program.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, work email address, and Google account identifier, obtained when you sign in.
- Mobile phone number — only if you choose to provide it in order to receive text messages from GalaxyAI.
- Conversation content — the messages you send to the assistant and its replies, retained so the assistant has continuity across conversations.
- Usage records — timestamps, model usage, and diagnostic logs.
SMS / text messaging
Text messaging is optional. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box in your GalaxyAI account settings, or by texting our GalaxyAI number first. We record the date, time, and exact consent language for every opt-in.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.Your number is disclosed only to Twilio, the messaging provider that transmits messages on our behalf, and only for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested. No mobile opt-in data is sold, rented, or shared for any other purpose.
Messages you may receive are limited to replies to messages you send the assistant and notifications you have enabled on your own account. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies and depends entirely on your own activity in GalaxyAI — you receive messages only in response to what you send or to notifications you have configured. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by clearing your number in GalaxyAI account settings. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email josh.baker@go-forth.com.
How we use information
- To operate the assistant and maintain conversation continuity.
- To deliver the messages and notifications you request.
- To secure the service, debug failures, and monitor usage and cost.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that make GalaxyAI work — the model providers that process conversation content, Google for authentication, and Twilio for message delivery — each limited to what their function requires. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information otherwise only when required by law.
Retention and security
Conversation history, account records, and consent records are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and operational purposes. Consent and opt-out records are retained after opt-out because we are required to prove that messaging consent existed. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over TLS.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may withdraw SMS consent at any time, by emailing josh.baker@go-forth.com. Withdrawing SMS consent does not affect your GalaxyAI account.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the application.
